Lawrence proved to be extremely knowledgeable and approachable throughout the sale of our property. From beginning to end, he patiently answered all our questions. We are grateful to have had him as our representative agent for the sale of our flat. Lawrence was very dedicated and committed to the sale process of our apartment – which was not easy as the property was tenanted and he had to coordinate with the tenant to schedule viewings in line with her availability. He was very helpful in conveying current property trends to us and was always quick and efficient in gathering all the documents and other ancillary matters together for a smooth transfer of the property.
